Aula Maxima (Ground Floor), Quadrangle
The Aula Maxima (Ground Floor) is located in the Quadrangle. This venue can be booked for meetings, events etc..
Basic AV requirements are available for users to use for meetings etc.
- 2 podium microphones
- 4 handheld wireless microphones
- Borrow by emailing AV dept. [email protected]
- 2 projectors with a laptop HDMI connection on the podium.
The controls for the projector and electric screens are on the Left Hand Side wall as you face the stage. (see instructions below).
If you are planning to use this event it is essential that you visit the venue in advance and ensure you are comfortable with using the equipment above.

- Using the Controller on the Left Hand Side of the screens Select “PRESS HERE TO START” button to turn on TVs.
- Select "ON" to turn on projector in Front of Room. and select "ON" to turn on Projector in the rear of the room.
- Select "LECTERN HDMI" when using the HDMI cable at the lecturn.
- To bring down the electric screens for displaying projector there are two controls above the control panel, one for each of the projector screens. Press the button down to bring down both screens.
- Select "SHUTDOWN" when finished.
