This room is equipped for hybrid meetings, with a high-definition video-tracking camera and a ceiling-suspended, echo-cancelling boundary microphone. To use them, connect your laptop to the USB-C cable in the middle of the desk, then join the meeting with your preferred software, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Using the Extron controller (Right Hand Side of the TV Screen on the wall)
- Select "Press anywhere to begin" (to turn on the TV)
- Select "USB-C" and connect your laptop to the USB-C connection at the top of the table
How to select the correct Camera, Microphone, and Speaker while using this PC:
- Login to your chosen Video Conferencing software on your PC.
- Once you have logged into the application you wish to use, ensure that you select the correct, camera, microphone and the speaker within the application’s Audio & Video settings.
- Select "AVER CAM570" as your camera. You should see a picture of yourself when the above camera has been selected.
- Select “Dante USB Receive (Dante USB I/O Module)” as your microphone.
- Select "LG TV *00 (Intel(R) Audio) as your speaker. (Note you can adjust the TV volume using the volume knob on the wall controller).
You can turn camera tracking ON / OFF using the controller.
- Press "OFF" (to turn OFF TV when finished).
- Press "ON" (to turn on the TV)
- Press "USB-C" and connect your laptop to the USB-C connection at the top of the table. This will give you presentation and hybrid capabilities.
- Press "HDMI" and connect your laptop to the HDMI cable at the end of the table. This will give you presentation only capabilities.
