AV Equipment situated on the wall behind the green screen:
AV Equipment : Storage unit, wall plate and control panel. Also ceiling microphone above and wall mounted camera on opposite wall.
Switching the system ON
From the control panel: Switches ON the camera and the ceiling microphone
Choose which screen is to be used (Wall mounted or Mobile TV)
Select YES for wall mounted.
Select NO will not switch on wall mounted TV.
Hybrid call
Hybrid calls are made from a Laptop. To use the room equipment (Ceiling Microphone, wall-mounted camera and TV Screen)
Insure the laptop has the following connections
- Connect the HDMI cable (for video) from the laptop to the HDMI on the wall plate to use wall mounted TV screen. To use the molbile TV screen connect a HDMI cable from the mobile TV to the laptop.
- USB-C (for peripherals) to the laptop. Connect a USB-C cable from the wall plate to the laptop.
