Categorising Suspected Misconduct

Record the suspected category of misconduct before meeting or corresponding with the student. This supports accurate case routing and communication.

Steps

  1. Review the reporting staff member’s statement and uploaded evidence.
  2. Select Categorise Suspected Misconduct.
  3. Choose Intentional Misconduct (where applicable), then select the relevant category (e.g., Use of Artificial Intelligence).
  4. Click Submit. This records the suspected category only; the confirmed category is recorded after the Courageous Conversation.
