Cases appear in the AMR as a parent record with one or more child cases. This structure supports scenarios where multiple students are involved (e.g., collusion).
- Child cases are identifiable by a three-digit suffix after the case number (e.g., 00551-001-2026).
- When processing cases, always work on the child case.
