1) Purpose: The purpose of this Audiovisual (AV) Usage Policy is to establish guidelines for the appropriate and responsible use of AV equipment within the Upper Aula venue.

2) Equipment: This venue has the following AV equipment installed:

· 2 podium microphones.

· 2 handheld wireless microphones. · To borrow, please email the AV department at [email protected].

· 1 height adjustable 86” TV screen on a stand with castors (off stage).

3) Usage:

· AV equipment is to be used for the intended purposes, such as presentations and events.

· Users should refrain from engaging in activities that could damage or misuse the equipment.

· Any modifications or alterations to the AV setup must be approved by CELT management.

· Users must not remove any AV equipment from the venue premises without proper authorisation.

· If you plan to use this venue for an event, it is important to visit in advance and familiarise yourself with the equipment mentioned above.

· Report any technical issues or equipment damage immediately to the AV department at [email protected].

4) Technical Support: If you require additional technical support, live streaming, video conferencing, recording, or extra microphones, you can refer to the procurement framework agreement CON433. This agreement provides specialist technical support for audio-visual recording, streaming, and media production for university events.
