How to report a fault

Technical support for the shared teaching spaces includes assisting the user with powering up the equipment, demonstrating the use of equipment and troubleshooting any technical issues.

In the event of a technical issue before or during a class, the Audio Visual Support team can be contacted via telephone, email or logging a ticket. Our team will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
